No matter how you work, Box Sync helps you keep your files organized, safe, and always in sync with your business. The sync should happen very very fast if all my bandwidth is being hogged.
But the sync is not happening fast. It's like I'm on a slow DSL line. Obviously this is an ongoing issue since the last version did exactly the same thing. How do folks like SkyDrive and Dropbox get it right? I would NOT recommend this at all.
